2. Giveaway title

This giveaway is the April 2026 YouTube Football Box Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). These terms apply to this Giveaway only.

3. Entry dates

The Giveaway opens at 00:00 UK time on 3 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 5 April 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry, with a valid UK delivery address. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are included. The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and UK Overseas Territories are excluded.

Entrants must enter using their own valid email address and a YouTube handle that they control and genuinely use.

The Giveaway is not open to the Promoter’s employees, officers, contractors, agents or representatives, or their immediate family members or members of the same household.

5. No purchase and no subscription requirement

No purchase, payment, donation, Super Chat, channel membership or fee is necessary to enter or win.

Entry is not conditional on subscribing to the Promoter’s YouTube channel or any other channel. Entry is also not conditional on liking a video, leaving a comment, sharing content, reposting content, buying any product or service, or consenting to receive marketing.

Subscribing, liking, commenting or sharing does not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

6. How to enter

To enter, complete the official entry form for this Giveaway on this page during the entry period and submit:

1. a valid email address; and
2. your YouTube handle.

Only one entry per person, per email address and per YouTube handle is permitted. Incomplete, late, false, misleading, bulk, automated, script-generated or otherwise non-compliant entries are void.

7. The prize

There is one prize. The prize is the contents of the expensive football card box opened by the Promoter in the relevant YouTube giveaway video.

The sealed box has an approximate retail value of $250 at launch. The actual contents value may be lower or higher and is not guaranteed. The prize is the contents pulled from that box on camera, not a guaranteed resale value.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the advertised box cannot reasonably be opened or supplied for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or sealed box of equal or greater value.

8. How the winner is selected

After entry closes, the Promoter will compile all valid entries. From all valid entries received, the Promoter will randomly select 100 entries to go into the lucky draw. If fewer than 100 valid entries are received, all valid entries will go into the lucky draw.

One provisional winner will then be selected at random from that lucky draw. Unless the winner is selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, the selection process will be carried out by, or under the supervision of, an independent person.

9. Winner announcement and email notification

The provisional winner will be announced in a YouTube video and notified by email on the same date that the video is published.

The Promoter intends to publish that YouTube video within 2 months of the Giveaway closing, and in any event no later than 5 June 2026, to allow time for editing and production.

10. Claim period

The provisional winner must reply to the winner notification email within 60 days of the first notification email and provide any reasonably requested information needed to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

If the provisional winner declines the prize, cannot be verified, or does not reply within 60 days, the prize will be treated as unclaimed.

11. Redraw process

If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will redraw a winner using a verifiably random computer process from the pool of all remaining eligible entries originally received for this Giveaway, excluding any previous winner, withdrawn entrant, disqualified entrant or otherwise ineligible entry.

The redraw winner will be contacted by email and posted on the website. A redraw winner will have 30 days from the first notification email to reply. If a redraw winner does not reply within that 30-day period, the Promoter may continue to redraw further winners using the same random-generator method, each with a 30-day reply period.

Any redraw winner will receive the same prize described in clause 7.

12. Prize fulfilment

The Promoter will normally dispatch the prize within 30 days of successful verification and receipt of a valid UK delivery address. Delivery will usually be by tracked service and may require a signature.

13. Public winner information

To show that a valid award took place, the Promoter will publish the winner’s YouTube handle on this website. If a redraw takes place, the YouTube handle of the redraw winner will also be published here.

The Promoter will use the entrant’s YouTube handle as the public winner identifier and will not publish the entrant’s real name or email address on the website. However, the Promoter may still disclose limited winner information to the ASA or another regulator if required by law or regulation.

14. Optional marketing

Entry into the Giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing. Any consent to receive marketing emails or other electronic marketing from LukeSolve must be requested separately, must be optional, and may be withdrawn at any time.

15. Privacy

The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, arranging delivery, preventing fraud, keeping audit records and publishing the winner’s YouTube handle on this page.

The Promoter will normally rely on its legitimate interests to run a fair and lawful prize draw, and on consent for any optional electronic marketing that an entrant separately chooses to receive.

16. Disqualification

The Promoter may refuse, disqualify or remove any entry if it reasonably believes there has been use of bots, scripts, automation, multiple identities, multiple email addresses or multiple YouTube handles to obtain more than one entry, impersonation of another person, false or misleading information, or breach of these terms, the YouTube Terms of Service or the YouTube Community Guidelines.

17. YouTube disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, each entrant releases YouTube from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.

Entrants must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines.

18. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not properly received due to technical faults or network issues outside its reasonable control, or for changes in the market value of the cards after the draw.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also have any mandatory local rights available to them.
